I had the opportunity to see the Rocco Barocco's fashion show in Milan with my lovely friend @olivia_memc during the Fashion Week.
I loved this collection so much especially the fact that the designer was inspired by the Ancien Greece.
Is Sappho the muse of this new collection, the Greek poet who lived in the V century B.C., a woman universally admired as an archetype of cultured, indipendent, mindful and aristocratic feminity.
Rocco Barocco present a notion of fashion rapresented by reflection, depth and poetry.
Luxurious, glowing, satined and luminous dresses, georgette and coated jersey.
Pleats on skirts and on trousers with large slits and damask fabrics.
With all of that and elegiac nuances, the designer evoke Pompeiian mosaics with a vision that proposes the return in life of past emotions to make them stronger than ever and in this masterful collection, Sappho is both an icon and model of exceptional feminity, unique and always relevant.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di assistere alla sfilata di Rocco Barocco a Milano insieme alla mia cara amica @olivia_memc durante la Fashion Week.
Ho amato moltissimo la collezione specialmente la fonte di ispirazione: l' Antica Grecia.
E' Saffo la musa di tale collezione, la poetessa greca che visse nel V secolo a.c. , una donna universalmente ammirata come archetipo della femminilità colta, indipendente, aristocratica e consapevole. Rocco Barocco sceglie di raccontare un concetto di moda sostanziato da riflessività, profondità e poesia.
Lussuosi, rilucenti, satinati e luminosi gli abiti, georgette e jersey laminati.
Pantaloni e gonne plisselate con grandi spacchi e tessuti damascati.
Con tutto ciò e le elegiache nuances, lo stilista evoca i mosaici pompeiani con una visione che propone il ritorno alla vita delle emozioni passate e in questa sapiente collezione, Saffo è sia un'icona che un modello di femminilità eccezionale, unica e sempre attuale.
